Greg Pfluger

Greg Pfluger is Chief Information Officer for the Agency and Life businesses of American Family Insurance.  He joined American Family in 2009 after seven years at Sentry Insurance, where he was Vice President and CIO. Prior to joining Sentry, Greg worked as a consultant for ten years. His clients included Miller Brewing, Harley-Davidson, Kohler Co., Audi of America, Pleasant Company (Mattel), and SCUBA Pro.

Greg has a passion for conservation that dates back to fond memories of camping and hiking as a child.  More recently, he is the steward of 60 acres of forest and prairie in the driftless region of Southwest Wisconsin.

In addition to working at American Family, Greg is a member of the board of directors of The Daily Gazette (Schenectedy/Albany, NY), a member of the board of directors of the Overture Center for the Arts (Madison, WI) and a member of the Strategic Advisory Council for Guidewire Software (San Mateo, CA).
