The Aldo Leopold Foundation will be closed to the public for a private event on Saturday, September 30.

Electrifying the Land Ethic

Electrifying the Land Ethic

Register here to attend this Workshop to “AMP” up your home or business and help us celebrate the solar installation project!

This public event is on Saturday, August 26 at the Leopold Center from 10:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

By increasing the solar power produced on-site, the Aldo Leopold Foundation continues to tackle what Aldo Leopold described as the “oldest task in human history: to live on a piece of land without spoiling it.” The public is invited to join Aldo Leopold Foundation staff and expert partners in this Workshop to help Electrify YOU and learn about the purpose, process, and outcomes of our green building and renewable energy endeavors. A presentation and speaker panel will be followed by a tour of the Aldo Leopold Legacy Center’s sustainable features. Light refreshments will be provided.

This event is free and open to the public. Please register with the link below.

Online registration is strongly encouraged. Walk-up registration on 8/26 will also be available and all are welcome to attend!
