An intimate space for small gatherings, the Outlook Meeting Room is set up with six handmade wooden tables and 20 handmade wooden chairs (more chairs can be brought in). A small breakout room next to the main hall may also be used.
Windows, which can be opened to the outside, afford views in nearly every direction of the surrounding woods. Two porches overlooking our rain garden and native plantings provide ample space to enjoy meeting breaks in the open air. A wood stove heats the room on chilly days.
Meals are served buffet style in an adjacent foyer, and participants dine in the meeting area or outside on porches equipped with Leopold benches. We do not use paper or Styrofoam products for any meals served in the Outlook Meeting Wing; glasses, coffee mugs, plates, and flatware are provided. We also don’t serve bottled water in this space. Pitchers with ice water are replenished throughout the day.
The Outlook Meeting Wing is available year round and can accommodate 25 to 30 people.
