My Wisconsin Woods Coordinator

608-355-0279, ext. 240

I was born and raised in a small town in Northern California on my family’s now 6th generation ranch. It was on my family ranch where my love for the outdoors began, it was where I first learned how to be a steward to the land and grew to love the satisfaction of a long day’s work outside. This love for the outdoor and caring for our natural landscape brought me all the way to Montana State University where I received my degree in environmental studies. Within my degree, I concentrated on soil science and environmental history which is why I am so excited to bring my passion for land management and outdoor engagement to the Aldo Leopold Foundation.

I relocated to Eau Claire, Wisconsin in the summer of 2021 and have been enjoying everything Wisconsin has to offer. I have been particularly impressed by the breathtaking abundance of Wisconsin woods. This is why I am thrilled and honored to be joining the Aldo Leopold Foundation as the My Wisconsin Woods coordinator! In this role, I will be continuing the program’s mission to connect woodland owners with resources and professionals across the state to best suit their land management needs. In my free time, you can find me outdoors fly fishing, camping, and hiking. Throughout the winter months, I spend much more time behind my pottery wheel or in the kitchen testing new baking recipes.

I am excited to pursue my love for conservation while serving woodland owners across the state as the My Wisconsin Woods Coordinator!
