Does Leopold’s land ethic idea inform your personal and professional life? Do you want to be inspired with new ideas, connections, and experiences among a thinking community that also cares about people and land? Are you a classroom or non-formal educator using the Leopold Education Project Curriculum? Have you attended our Land Ethic Leader program, or wished that you could? These are all great reasons for you to consider accepting this invitation to come to our summer Leopold conference! Come join us in Leopold Country on August 12-15 for a conference focused on learning and sharing about Leopold’s land ethic idea in a thinking community.
We are delighted to announce that we will be partnering with the University of Wisconsin – Baraboo/Sauk County campus to host this three day gathering, which will also include a VIP day at the Leopold Center and Shack for all registered participants. Check your calendars, save the dates, and stay tuned for more news to come! Over the next few months, we will be announcing keynote speakers, releasing a call for proposals for breakout sessions, opening registration, sharing travel/lodging information, and releasing a detailed schedule. Stay tuned to the blog for announcements about the conference!
