David Moore is the retired founder and CEO of Woodland Foods. He has served on the Historic Preservation Commission and as an alderman for Lake Forest, Illinois.
A champion of forest and wildlife conservation, Dave is active on several boards for charitable organizations: the immediate past chair of the Ruffed Grouse Society and American Woodcock Society; on the Board of Governors for Lake Forest Open Lands; is on the Ducks Unlimited Presidents’ Council; a Wetland America Trust Trustee; and is a Delta Waterfowl board member. David is a Conservation Impact Fund partner and is a regular member of the Boone and Crocket Club.
David attended Ripon College and owns two separate conservation properties in Wisconsin.
