Prescribed FireEvery spring we offer a two-day workshop on prescribed burning designed for private landowners and land managers located in southern Wisconsin and neighboring areas. This workshop will not qualify you to conduct burns on your own, but it will help you to understand how prescribed fire can become a highly effective part of your land management toolbox! Spring 2009 Sessions:March 27-28: Leopold Center, Baraboo April 2-3: Taliesin Preservation, Spring Green Classes run 8:30-5:30 each day. Lunch is provided. Register.
